Velcro-To-PSA Conversion Discs

Our conversion discs allow you to use any PSA disc on any standard hook and loop disc holder. It requires a separate disc for each grit used so that the adhesive joint is left intact until it is time to change the abrasive.  Our FLAT discs are about 1/16 thick and are used directly on your disc holder. These can be best used with your lower grit abrasives to sand more aggressively, or with any grit when sanding a flat surface. To follow contours and achieve a "softer" touch needed to produce a good final finish, use the flat conversion disc in combination with any of our extensive line of Foam Interface Pads.
