3M WetOrDry Polishing Papers

 These Wetordry polishing papers from 3M can be used wet or dry on anything you want to put a superior finish on. 481Q is a silicone carbide grain and is used on the 30 and 15 micron sheets. 281Q is an aluminum oxide grain pulverized to be micron graded, and is used in the 1, 2, 3, & 9 micron sheets. Both have a very sharp grain and will produce a rapid finish. Comes in 4” x 6” sheets. Assortment package comes with 3 each of 6 different grits (400, 600, 1200, 3000, 6000, 8000).

Norton has introduced ProSand as its newest technology to replace the original 3X. It offers an even faster cut rate and longer life than its predecessor.

Norton ProSand sandpaper sheets are a non-pigmented, open coat, aluminum oxide abrasive that has a water-based stearate to prevent clogging during use. The backing is latex-saturated and fiber reinforced for better grain retention with higher flexibility for folding and reaching into tight spots. No dye is used in the coating process so there is no chance of color transfer to the work piece. Tough, durable, and long lasting, ProSand sheets are available in a wide range of grits. They consistently outlast and outperform competitive abrasive sheets and require less time and effort to get the job done

Norton A275 Abrasive Sheets

Premium, P-graded aluminum oxide abrasive grain bonded to a B-weight, fiber reinforced, latex saturated backing, which is very tear resistant for durability. It offers a fast cut rate with extended life and a consistent finish. Coated with a water-based, non pigmented stearate to provide maximum load resistance, with no color transfer to the work. Abranet Sanding Sheets

This unique patented sanding material is an open mesh that contains thousands of small holes. It is an aluminum oxide grain resin bonded to a polyamide fabric which is durable and long lasting. It will clean easily by blowing it out with air, tapping it on a hard surface or by washing. It produces a very uniform sanding pattern and a perfectly smooth surface. Can be used for sanding WET or GREEN wood, as well as dry wood and simply will not clog like other abrasives.
